listings and inserts them onto a Real Estate Agent's website. All of the Builder/Developer's
contact information is stripped from the listing and a potential buyer is able to
browse the Builder/Developer's listings on the Agent's site without knowing that
the listings are not the Agent's. If a potential buyer is interested in a particular
property, then they are able to contact the Agent directly. The end-user, or potential
buyer, is completely unaware of the Builder/Developer's existence during the entire
process.
A Builder/Developer creates an Agent Guard account. From there, they are able to
upload their property information. Every property's information is submitted to
Agent Guard's editorial team. Our editorial team ensures that there is not any information
associated with the property which may identify the Builder/Developer. No contact
information is allow to be in the property information. Once the property has been
approved, it will be added to the our property catalog.
Real Estate Professionals are able to create Agent Guard accounts for free. Once
an account has been created, they are able to browse the Agent Guard catalog. If
they find a property they would like to promote, then they are able to add that
to one of their property "feeds". A property feed is inserted onto the Agent's website
and it will allow a potential buyer to browse the properties in their feed. If a
buyer is interested in one of the properties in the Agent's feed then they can choose
to "contact" a representative. All of the contact information is the Agent's information,
therefore, the buyer is directed to the Agent.
